This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all web design, web development and SEO services provided by Abrar Ali (Abrarr Tallks), CEO of rebrar.in and MakeMe Top Business Profile, based in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.

We believe in transparent, fair dealing. Please read this policy carefully before placing any order or making any payment.

1. General Refund Principles

All web design and development services involve significant time, effort and skill. Once work has commenced on your project, certain costs cannot be recovered. Our refund policy reflects this reality while remaining fair to clients.

2. Refund Eligibility by Project Stage

Before Deal Confirmation	No Payment	No payment is required before confirming the deal. You can discuss and finalize everything freely.
After Deal Confirmation (Advance Paid)	No Refund	Once the deal is confirmed and advance payment is made, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Design / Development Stage	No Refund	All payments are non-refundable once work has started, including design or development stages.
Website Delivered / Live	No Refund	No refund will be issued after the website is delivered, deployed, or handed over.
SEO Monthly Services	Cancel Anytime	You may cancel future services anytime, but no refund will be provided for the current or previous billing period.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Domain registration fees (paid to third-party registrars)
Hosting fees paid to third-party hosting providers
Third-party plugin or software licences purchased for your project
Rush/express project fees (projects with accelerated timelines)
Any completed milestone payments that have been approved by the client

4. Revision Policy

Before requesting a refund, we encourage clients to first make use of included revisions. All packages include 2–3 rounds of free revisions. Additional revisions beyond the package allowance are available at ₹500–₹1,500 per revision round depending on scope.

Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of project delivery. Requests after this period may be treated as a new project.

5. Cancellation Process

To cancel a project or request a refund:

Include your name, project details and reason for cancellation
We will acknowledge within 24 business hours and process any eligible refund within 7–10 business days

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method:

Bank Transfer / UPI: 5–7 business days
Razorpay / PayTM: 7–10 business days (subject to payment gateway processing)
Cash payments: Refunded in person or via bank transfer within 3 business days

7. Disputes

If you feel your refund request was not handled fairly, please contact us directly at abrar@abrartallks-portfolio.co.in. We will work in good faith to resolve any dispute. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
