Payment, Delivery & Revision Policy
1. Advance Payment & Refund Policy
- Once a deal is confirmed, a 50% advance payment is required before work begins.
- This advance is non-refundable if you cancel the project after the deal has been confirmed.
2. Delivery, Review & Payment Timeline
- Once your project is complete, you will receive a sample link to review.
- You have a maximum of 48 hours to check everything and reply with any changes needed.
- After changes are made, a new link will be shared — this link is valid for 10 minutes only.
- Full payment (remaining balance) must be completed within 2 days of receiving that link.
- The project will be delivered only after full payment is received.
3. Minor vs. Major Changes After the Second Link
- Minor changes requested after the second link will be made free of cost.
- Major changes — anything not requested or discussed earlier in the project — will be charged separately.

Abrarr Tallks provides website design, development, templates, and digital services. All services are subject to availability and agreement.
2. Payments
All payments must be made in advance or as agreed. Prices may change without prior notice.
3. Intellectual Property
All designs, code, content, and templates are the property of Abrarr Tallks unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized copying is prohibited.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project details, content, and approvals on time. Delays from the client side may affect delivery timelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
Abrarr Tallks is not responsible for business losses, revenue loss, or damages caused by website downtime or third-party services.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if misuse, abuse, or illegal activity is detected.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated anytime without notice.
