A full booking platform, not just a brochure site — user accounts, cart and checkout, a Smart Trip Planner, and a revenue-tracking admin dashboard. Built for KashmirHosts, founded by Gazanfar Khan, at a fraction of typical market cost.
KashmirHosts is a Kashmir tours-and-vehicles booking platform founded by Gazanfar Khan. Unlike a typical brochure site, it needed real platform features — user login, a shopping cart, a Smart Trip Planner, and safety-focused messaging for women travellers. I built all of it, plus a Firebase admin dashboard with live revenue tracking, booking management, tour/vehicle CRUD and CSV export — for ₹13,999, well under what a platform of this scope typically costs.

A platform-level feature list, priced like a simple website — and what actually got delivered.
Needed real accounts, a cart and a checkout flow — not just a contact form, on a budget that doesn't usually cover that.
A trip planner with dynamic destination tabs, trip-type pills and a live summary — a genuinely interactive tool, not a static page.
A dedicated safety case to make for women travellers — POSH-trained drivers, live GPS tracking, a female guide option.
An admin panel that goes beyond content edits — real revenue tracking, user records and exportable booking data.
Full Firebase Auth — email/password and Google sign-in — with a cart badge and dedicated booking flow.
A Smart Trip Planner with destination tabs, trip-type pills and a live-updating trip summary users can act on immediately.
A dedicated Ladies Escape section leading with the safety features that matter most to that audience.
An admin dashboard with live revenue and booking counts, a users table, and one-click CSV export.
Every section is built to move a visitor from browsing to a signed-in, paying customer.
Tabbed search for Tour Packages or Vehicle Rentals — destination, dates, travellers, all in one widget.
Dynamic destination tabs, trip-type pills and a live trip summary that updates as choices are made.
A dedicated section for women travellers — POSH-trained drivers, live GPS tracking, a female guide option.
Firebase-backed login (email or Google), a persistent cart badge and a dedicated booking flow.
From sedans to a Force Urbania 15-seater, plus an editorial destinations grid tagging Most Popular and Hidden Gem spots.
Full-screen hero slider, testimonial carousel and scroll animations — all without a heavy front-end framework.
A password-protected dashboard built on Firebase Firestore & Auth — this is where the ₹40k-scope really shows.
Live totals for bookings, revenue, registered users and active tours, plus a recent-bookings feed.
A full bookings table — customer, tour or vehicle, travel date, amount, status — with one-click CSV export.
Add packages with category, duration, pricing (including strikethrough old price), rating and inclusions.
Add vehicles with type, seating capacity, day rate, image and a features list.
A full user table — name, email, phone, join date — built from real Firebase Auth accounts.
Export bookings data in one click — no manual copy-pasting from Firestore required.
A full platform's worth of features, still kept lean enough to fit the budget.
Accounts, cart, a trip planner and a revenue dashboard usually mean a much bigger bill — here's why it didn't.
Vanilla JS instead of a heavy stack means faster builds and no licensing or tooling cost passed on to the client.
Auth, database and hosting-ready infrastructure from Firebase's free tier — no custom server to build or maintain.
Modal-based CRUD, CSV export and auth flows built as repeatable patterns, not one-off custom code each time.
KashmirHosts is a Kashmir tours-and-vehicles booking platform founded by Gazanfar Khan, offering hospitality-focused travel packages and vehicle rentals across Kashmir.
A full booking platform — user accounts with email and Google sign-in, a cart and checkout flow, a Smart Trip Planner, and a Ladies Escape safety section — plus a Firebase admin dashboard with live revenue tracking, bookings, tour and vehicle management, a users table and CSV export, delivered for ₹13,999 against a typical market value near ₹40,000.
By building with vanilla JavaScript instead of a heavy framework, using Firebase's free tier instead of a custom backend, and reusing repeatable patterns for modal-based CRUD, authentication and CSV export instead of writing one-off code for each feature.
The dashboard runs on Firebase Firestore and Firebase Auth (email and Google sign-in), with live revenue and booking totals, a searchable bookings table, tour and vehicle management, a users table, and one-click CSV export.
Yes. The same approach — real user accounts, a cart and checkout flow, and an admin dashboard with revenue tracking — can be built for any travel agency, tour operator or hospitality business that needs more than a brochure website.
